After 10 days hard working, we finished production for our drip coffee bag packing machine, this is a packing line, which include one set drip coffee pouch packing machine, and full set of Nitrogen generator, actually the Nitrogen generator able to supply gas for two sets powder packing machine, client will add machine later.

This Nitrogen generator we upgrade it with high standard, it adopt screw auger air compressor, oilless and low noise, with long warranty and long serve life, with air tank to storage Nitrogen gas. The system create 99.5-99.9% purify Nitrogen gas suitable for food industry. This system suitable for two sets drip coffee bag packing machine, it will supply Nitrogen continuously.

This is upgraded model drip coffee bag packing machine, new generation machine solved the Oxygen content too much issue, to keep long time fresh, now clients have high requirements on Oxygen content, Oxygen content not allow to exceed 5%, our machine passed the testing perfectly.

We tested running the full line and adjusted everything well, after approve by the client, now we are ready for making delivery. After around 30 days’ voyage, it will arrive client’s factory, believe it will service clients very well.

We took detailed video and tell clients how to connect and adjust machine, and we sent manual book, after machine arrive, we will provide online guiding also if client meet any problem, all clients able to operate the machine with no difficulty.
