DC50II is our upgraded drip coffee bag packing machine, it adopt servo driving reciprocating type for outer bag, and makes perfect and neat coffee bags, speed 40-50bags/min. It can connect with Nitrogen generator, and guarantee 95%-99% Nitrogen content in the coffee bag.

DC50II is our upgraded drip coffee bag packing machine, it packs ground coffee powder in single serve coffee pouch with paper hanger and outer envelop full automatically. The machine adopt screw auger feeding, inner drip coffee bag making, coffee powder filling, ultrasonic sealing and cutting, outer bag making, date coding full automatically, you can choose to add vacuum feeding machine and Nitrogen gas generator device.
The coffee bag materials is food grade nonwoven drip coffee roll material, which is pre tagged with paper hanger, after filling, forming and sealing, the drip coffee bag can be placed on the cup for brewing, the outer bag is composite heat sealable material, Nitrogen gas will keep the fresh smell of coffee and longer the shelf life.
The coffee package is so convenient, people able to make pour over coffee pouch in several minutes, you can drink a cup of coffee at home, in office, in hotel, or even on the way of your travelling.
