The machine adopt ultrasonic sealing, weighing by screw auger, controlled by PLC, and makes 3 side sealing drip coffee pouch full automatically.

Drip coffee bags roll, it is food grade non woven material with paper hanger attached in the roll. The roll size 180mm width * 74mm length, other size can be customized.

— Add a small amount of water for braising and steaming to discharge carbon dioxide.

— Repeat adding hot water until the amount you need is reached (pay attention to be gentle when filling water, otherwise the water pressure will be too high, and the water path will flow into the cup from the bypass of the ear bag.)

— Discard the ear bag and do not reuse it (repeated brewing will lead to over extraction, and the coffee will be unpleasant to drink)
